Honeywell SC121DH 12-Sheet CD and Credit Card Cross-Cut Shredder : When unit received, put it to work, probably too much according to specs. Performed very well, just jammed once and that was my fault, too thick of a load. I know it takes 10 pages, I would not want to shred 12 pages of my copy paper. I shredded a cd and credit card, worked. I am caught up on my shredding for a while, but still have more to do. I find the recommendations 2 minutes on 4 minutes off, work very well. If you get your stuff to shred in order, the 2 minutes seems like a long time. I do question the manual that no maintenance needed other than wiping off housing w/mild soap and water. Will be calling Honeywell to confirm. Seems as though oil would be needed after a while. When basket is pulled out, power is off. The wheels are a big help. I highly recommend...
